SPECIFICATION

Body Volume-13.5 liters, Dia.25.4cm, Depth 28cm, Outer Dimension 36x40x37cm, made of 7mm Thick Aluminum Alloy sheet for better life and safety factor. Lid design made of interlocking clamping for maximum safety
Heating is based on Convection Principle to avoid any direct contact of heater with water or any other instrument
220 V/50Hz-2000 Watt Heater provided at the base of the body
Total cycle time from room temperature is approximate 36 minutes for first cycle and approximate 28 minutes for consequent cycles
Power Saving Heater automatically switches off and on after reaching the Required Temperature for sterilization
Imported insulation material for minimum heat loss
Special grade Thermocouple used to have better control of the temperature
Release valve is made of aluminum and stainless steel to avoid any blocking of the same at later stages. The spring is specially designed for 15 P.S.I. Pressure. Handles and release valve cap is made of special grade nylon to provide better grip and heat resistance. Special sealing gasket made of silicon rubber for long life

OPERATIONS

Fully automatic, sterilizes by steam under pressure
Cycle time-18 minutes at 121°C at a pressure of 15 PSI
Fill the water in container up to the specified level
Fill the instruments in the bucket and keep the same in container and close the lid Switch on the power
The L.E.D. with heater on, system on and 121°C cycle on will glow
The temperature will start increasing
When the inside temperature reaches 121°C, the L..E.D.-cycle on will start blinking it means the timer has started and it will keep on blinking for 18 minutes
The heater will switch Off and On automatically to maintain the temperature and pressure inside the body
After 16 minutes the cycle will be complete. The blinking L.E.D. will glow permanently and buzzer will give a beep sound alerting that the cycle is complete & the whole system will be switched off
Release the steam by just turning the Releasing knob antilock wise
The instruments are sterilized. Take out the instruments, as they are ready for use
You can put another set of instruments for next cycle of sterilization
