" Plastic patterns for modeling partial
framework
" Precision and perfect reproduction of details
Thanks to its composition, its manufacturing process, as
well as its quality, the PLASTIFORM are the ideal plastic
patterns for the construction of partial denture framework.
The excellent resistance to deformation, and its good
adherence to the models are highly appreciated by the dental
technicians.
The PLASTIFORM can be used on a cold model, by using the
Colform adhesive liquid, or on a hot model (just warm up the
model to 38/40°C) without adhesive. Keep the Plastiform
patterns in the box at a temperature of about 20°C (shelf
life 2 years). No residue of plastic will be found inside
the investment, upon complete heating in the burnout furnace.
To obtain the best results, we recommend:
" To avoid contact with greasy substances on the
surface of the model.
" To make sure that the model is hard and not chalky.
" To heat up the model to about 38/40°C. At this
temperature the patterns will stick to the model.
" The use of the liquid hardener DURAFORM is strongly
recommended. |
